Dear Mr. Uno

In our telephone conversation two days ago, we discussed birthday party at your rental buildings. I would like to confirm those plans.

The date of the birthday are Desember 11th 2016, at 07.00 pm until 11:00 pm. eighty people will be attending. Since I do not know much about the facilities provided by this building so happy if you inform the facilities and services available in the building. I need some microphone, system sounds and a rectangular table

On Desember 11th , we will have a catered lunch. I would appreciate your faxing me the menu choices as soon as possible, but no later than Thursday, Desember 1st.

For the total cost, I want details separated from list building rent and food to be more easily counted by me. One more if I could order a birthday cake too. I feel happy if this building can provide facilities and services that I want.

I would like to thank you for your help in planning birthday. I look forward to meeting you next week when I come to look over your facilities.

Dear Mr.Moya

Thank you for the letter expressing interest in Uno’s Building Rental whom you sent on November 30th. This letter will confirm about discussing plants for your meeting.

We understand your company would like to reserve our rental facilities on Desember 11th. Eighty people will attend your birthday.

For food and beverage services, you can visit our building to see the themes of diet you want. We provide a service western food but the menu was pretty much western food. I feel happy if you want to visit our building to select the menu again whatever food we want to serve.

As you requsted, I emailed the projected costs last week. After you decide on the required equipment and type of lunch, we can finalize the cost estimate
